Martin Nievera XXV!
I told IFC we have to watch Martin’s (25th Anniversary) concert the very 1st time I saw the poster in “Palengke” (Filipino store near our apartment). He just gave me a plain “yes”… without any excitement in his voice not to mention that I was so giddy about it. :) That was in February if I remember it right. We always talk about it but there was nothing definite until today. Yes, we are going to be at the Lehman’s Center in the Bronx this Sunday and we’re going to be seated at Row O of the Orchestra Left Center area. I convinced him to get the $78 ticket so we could be near the stage compared to the $58 (that he initially wanted) in the mezzanine. Yey!

we've watched him and regine here in chicago before, ang galing nya kasi patawa sya ng patawa. kaya enjoy yong mga tao.
very active na talaga si martin sa career nya dyan sa states noh? i remember reading an article kung saan sinabi nya na mas pinili na niya mag-establish ng career dyan kasi di na niya nakukuha yung ganung exposure sa abs-cbn. :)

pao - siguro kasi martin & pops pa rin ang gusto ng mga tao satin. lam mo naman mga pinoy! pero in fairness, i can see the sincerity... he was really sorry for what happened to him and pops.
